FRIENDS OF FOLK ART ANNUAL HOME TOUR 2023

The Friends of Folk Art Annual Home Tour will feature four amazing homes located in central Santa Fe on Saturday, August 26th from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Each of these homes has very special and unique collections assembled over many years. This “not to be missed” tour is a unique opportunity to explore some remarkable homes.

The Collections include:

  • Mexican folk art interspersed with Native American pieces, a wide and wild assortment of masks, a variety of Mexican ceramics, a mermaid-filled master bathroom, and Peruvian retablos.
  • Moroccan rugs, Peruvian nichos, Casa Grandes ceramics, coco masks from Guerrero, papier mache Day of the Dead figures, Spanish Colonial art (antique and contemporary) vintage Mexican pottery, textiles from Central Asia, Hopi kachinas, and Navajo pictorial rugs.
  • Contemporary Native American, Spanish Colonial, and International Folk Art, straw appliqué boxes and crosses, Mexican ceramics, Spanish Colonial retablos and bultos.
  • Green pottery from Michoacán and Oaxaca, Ocumichos from Michoacán, Medrano churches from Jalisco, and gourd lacquerware (especially toys) from Guerrero.

This event is for FOFA members ONLY. Registration is free. FOFA members will receive an invitation by email. A single membership allows access to one ticket. A dual membership allows for two tickets, but each member must register separately.
