The King Island Singers and Dancers, from Anchorage, Alaska, will perform at the 101st Indian Market in downtown Santa Fe.

1:30pm (on the Cathedral Park Stage) and

4:00pm (on the Plaza Stage)

The performance will include the Invitational Dance, the Walrus Dance, and the Raven Dance, among others—all of which celebrate the continuous and generative culture of King Island communities. The performances are presented in partnership with Southwestern Association for Indian Arts (SWAIA) and in conjunction with the museum’s exhibition Ghhúunayúkata / To Keep Them Warm: The Alaska Native Parka.
