Join us at the museum on the FREE SUNDAY for June for our Family Mornings at Folk Art program featuring storytime, art activity, and explorations in the galleries. FREE Family Program with Free museum admission included

Come and see the dynamic Lion Dance performances by the Quang Minh Buddhist Temple Youth Group of Albuquerque.
Performances at 1 pm and 2 pm. FREE admission for all New Mexico residents.
We had to cancel our annual Lunar New Year event this February with the Lion Dancers, so we are inviting them back to celebrate the start of summer.

This year’s Flea will be the largest and most diverse in its history and will be in a spacious new location to accommodate folk art from around the world. The Flea will take place at the Santa Fe County Fairgrounds, 3229 Rodeo Drive. Admission is free.

This movie is presented in conjunction with the exhibit, Yokai: Monsters and Demons of Japan. Smokin’ Bachi (also known as Santa Fe Wadaiko) will perform Japanese Taiko drumming at 7 pm before the film.
Visit the Folk Art Museum to experience the exciting Yokai exhibit that includes a Japanese ghost house.
